€ 8.95 [D] his world is doomed. Until one day the vivacious Kelly Doyle after a trip through time to Nightfall Isle lands and his adventurous life on its head. Soon they can no longer resist the call of their hearts - and so Kelly and Saber make a courageous decision. Can their love withstand the curse, or do they have to actually bend the evil powers that they have called?

The book :
The youngest of eight brothers of Nightfall Isle, the (relatively) young Kelly Doyle overtaken by a world portal on his island. There, everything is different, as Kelly is accustomed. It's such a medieval Conditions, but the magic is totally commonplace and in general there seems to be a very different world to trade with other history.
Once there, Kelly learns the oldest brother Saber know and recognize the same: Here is it is a bully and macho. Fast Kelly lives in the daily lives of the eight brothers and can also accept the fact that the brothers are the only inhabitants of the island. How convenient that Kelly has consulted in their world the "middle age friends" and so knows quite well do without technical assistance. And Macho Saber turns out to be a dream man soon - if not only would the fateful prophecy ...

What will happen here? Much kitsch. But even a little something to laugh about. If you like durchklügelte plots and would like to have a bit more than just a love story, here is probably wrong. Because the story is quite flat and all the great ideas are indeed thought up nice, but not implemented so beautiful.
Kelly is indeed a very nice character, but completely flat and unconvincing. She accepted immediately that she is in a different world, with only eight men. What a coincidence that they can lace top and is a very practical woman predisposed else! And it is this still an emancipated Hausfrauchen. Who smell sarcasm here, has a good nose: this may just back and forth between emancipated, modern woman and love sick, more vulnerable females sometimes be annoying. The right of the woman it is natural to change at any time the feedback - but not the character of every two minutes? have

Saber and his brothers because I liked better. In fact, the eight with their own species even partly right oblique adorable and sometimes funny. The various magical powers have the idea to potential. There

A framework for action there - and the prophecy, but the implementation is quite lax. What a calamity as this is proclaimed throws truly to not even provide power structure. Most interesting is probably still the end is clever thing so completely, because this part of the action of the author's first few novels is seen later (as there is for each brother in chronological order of its own novel, although only the first two in German) .

readers who like to do lap times through a book by themselves do not work hard and just want to have a little love story with medieval and magical elements, make use of here. Otherwise, there are plenty of novels of the genre, not quite give up a little dramatic finesse.
