Whatdoes Mottled Skin Look Like?

The adventure ...


If not everything has started with the black eye wondrous fantasy worlds to explore ... and some dark dungeon ...
past there was this exciting television advertising like this and not everybody had books with beautiful illustrations and many comical cubes are in the room ...

And eventually I got it to me then purchased. 25 Mark the box for "heroes of the black eye." What I had for associations with ... I thought it was very disappointing at first then, because apparently was allowed to play a player not at all, but to lead the game had. Doof.
But as it turned out later, then I have taken quite like the job of the director. For you and me: What a ridiculous play hero when you can be the creator of worlds! : o)

As for the DSA system, I am not convinced. Aventurien of the game world even less. Have the books only for reasons of nostalgia and purchased to check the old associations still need it.

House Rules - AD & D (2nd Edition) Version 0.1

The version 0.1 of my house rules for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (2nd Edition) is released and can be downloaded.
prerequisite for the use of the house rules The two AD & D books Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide (TSR, Inc.) The books are unfortunately only used yet acquired (time check eBay.)

The first version is still relatively raw, without contents, without illustrations and without detailed examples and in many parts still greatly reduced. Tips and essays for games and game management, and detailed materials for players and match officials will be published only in a subsequent version, together with my house rules for the SAGA system.

The house rules are an interpretation of the AD & D rules as in the above two volumes, are found. Equipment Sheet (AD & D 2nd Edition)

The second part of the character sheets for my AD & D house rules in the first draft is finished. This time it's equipment, which may be given. Surely you could just take a blank sheet of paper to record the equipment, but sometimes it is helpful to have a firm arch for it. Perhaps the division also helps to get a few ideas, such as hidden items to list, or enumerate the clutter, the one figure at home (wherever that may be) is lie around. It makes perfect sense to write separately, what items are in the saddle bags. Players who tend to drop their bags in the fight and subsequent escape to leave, should better tabs, etc. to help lead and take each case a separate list. Character Sheet - Draft 1 (AD & D 2nd Edition)

The first rough draft with a pen is available as a PDF for download. Ahead a few observations.
Character Sheets are a dime a dozen, and many play groups design their own to the game data as possible clearly to arrange and adapt to certain house rules. Who does not need Proficiencies used in the game to no tables in the character sheet.
What I also interested in the subjective perception of the character of the representation in the character sheet. In general, the attribute values of strength, intelligence, etc. listed first, followed closely by the fighting values, etc. Thus, the character is also defined much of these values. One tends character with relatively low values to think "bad", the idea of them is affected by it. Often this is connected with a misleading interpretation of the data. But to do more elsewhere.
I found on the draft, trying to find (for me) intuitive arrangement of the main game data and character information, and have paid attention to look and search directions and attribute values of shifted a little out of focus.
At the top are now playing information (players, campaign name and level of the figure, etc.)
Then follows the outward appearance, the general battle values and saving throws that you are looking for other often.
Within the main block, the combat skills and special skills and secondary skills (professions, etc.), in the middle of space for the portrait or an illustration, along with notes on the character and the spoken languages.
Among the clothes The figure wears normally. I have even found that I have fallen AD & D always been very much. Not only was because the first two role-playing game books that I in English received, and I had also made a not zuverachtenden leap in my knowledge of English, but because it is still a very useful and playable Game .
What can be said for the game with AD & D, in my view and experience is related be with my "house rules" for the Saga system essay-stated way.

I want at this point already say that I will refer only to the two former "ground rules" ( Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide ), as a major part of the bloated, stupid and useless "Rule Extensions ( The Complete ... Handbooks et al.) merely constitute an attempt, the demand for "talent-based systems" to breastfeed and the "class system" get away. Both are wrong, but the players were generally better off, simply zuzulegen another in this regard sophisticated game system, but to keep the clumsy attempts a "big game system on the market to deliver - and due to this . Pay Who wanted to stand because of nostalgia (and somewhat proud defiance?) In AD & D, which could remain in the ground rules - with their own additions.

So I'll use the AD & D system to explain the game and show that if you only read thoroughly to find the most thoughtful answers to most questions in the principles themselves, because in the 2nd Edition many years of playing experience incorporated.
